This policy covers this website, inquiries you send us, and the personal and transaction data INTAFACED processes when providing payments orchestration to merchants. It applies to merchant teams and their customers whose transaction data passes through the orchestration layer.

Contact and business data you provide when you book a session, email us, or go through onboarding: names, work email addresses, company details and the content of your messages.

Operational and transaction metadata needed to route, authorise, reconcile and report on payments: transaction identifiers, amounts, currencies, timestamps, venue responses, and the client and user location signals that routing decisions depend on.

We do not sell personal data. Ever.

To operate and improve the orchestration service, to route each transaction to the best of a merchant's onboarded providers, to reconcile and report settled volume, to respond to inquiries, and to meet the compliance obligations that come with high-risk acquiring. Data is shared only with the payment providers involved in your own flow, with the sub-processors that run our infrastructure, and where the law requires it.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, held in isolated environments, and accessible only to the people and systems that need it. Routing decisions and their rationale are logged for best-execution and audit purposes.

We keep personal data only as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or as long as financial-services record-keeping obligations require. Detailed retention windows per data class, together with the current sub-processor list, are provided to your team during onboarding.

You can ask us for access to the personal data we hold about you, and for its correction, deletion or portability, and you can object to or restrict its processing. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within the statutory window that applies to you.
